Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a similar role in North America.
• Knowledge of estimating practices.
• Knowledge of Pipeline and Process services.
• Ability to write methodologies for pipelines.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical methodologies, equipment lists and cost estimates.
• Attend client pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Lead preparation of proposal documentation and basis of estimate inputs.
• Review client documents to define scope and approach.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates for management, equipment, materials and construction.
• Submit tenders and respond to clarifications with relevant departments.
