Job summary

The candidate should hold a BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 15+ years of onshore pipeline design experience; PE licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 15+ years of onshore pipeline design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensing is preferred.
• Experience in planning, design, and engineering of onshore pipelines (distribution and transmission).
• Knowledge of US FERC and PHMSA requirements for pipeline construction in environmentally sensitive areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide bid/tender engineering support for onshore pipeline design and construction.
• Perform engineering calculations, studies, and report writing; conduct field investigations.
• Support procurement activities including alignment sheets, take-offs, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and maintain technical content and quality.
