Job summary

EnSiteUSA seeks a Lead/Principal Mechanical Engineer to plan, coordinate and manage mechanical engineering efforts for natural gas transmission projects in Houston. You will interface with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient execution through an EPCM model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain license in multiple states.
• Minimum 15 years in mechanical engineering for natural gas pipelines and facilities.
• Experience with brownfield/greenfield compressor stations and M&R projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities from concept through closeout.
• Develop design specs, calculations and drawings per codes.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and vendors to ensure compliance and approvals.
