Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a proposals and marketing production professional to serve as a center of excellence for coordinating, editing, writing, formatting, graphics, and desktop publishing across Business Lines’ sales and marketing needs.

Responsibilities include planning development processes, managing schedules and resources, aligning with client requirements, leading kickoff and reviews, and delivering clear, compliant proposals, qualifications, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent; 6 years of related experience or 10 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the development process of proposals and multimedia marketing collateral.
• Determine scope of work, production schedule, resources, and track special requirements to meet deadlines.
• Work with the proposal manager and sales to reflect client requirements in proposals.
• Participate in kickoff meetings, reviews, and proposal-planning meetings.
• Organize collection of author input and ensure formatting consistency across collateral.
• Provide editorial, coordination, and management services to produce readable proposals and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
