Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a proposal development professional to support business line sales and marketing with editing, writing, formatting, graphics, and publishing. The role leads coordination and processes to produce high-quality qualifications, proposals, and presentations.

You will coordinate kickoff meetings, ensure compliance with standards, manage timelines, and collaborate with proposal managers and sales teams to reflect client needs and win strategies.

Qualifications

• Accredited four year degree or global equivalent in applicable field and four years of related experience or eight years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control development of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateral.
• Determine scope, create compliance checklists, set production schedules, manage resources and deadlines.
• Collaborate with proposal manager and business line sales to reflect client requirements in proposals.
• Lead kickoff meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
• Organize input collection and ensure formatting consistency across collateral.
• Provide editorial, coordination, and management services to produce clear and readable documents.
