Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate in Commercial Banking to drive new sales targets, manage client relationships, and grow a portfolio. The role offers a three-year development plan toward more senior Treasury Solutions responsibilities.

You will collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer to craft proposals and pricing while expanding client cash management solutions. The position emphasizes relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three+ years’ banking/treasury experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to mobilize internal resources.
• Ability to understand Treasury solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analyses, pricing and profitability models.
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and client research.
• Develop understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Understand competitors’ products and positioning within client and market.
• Work with the TMO’s to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and pricing/billing.
