Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Proposal Associate in Commercial Banking Sales to independently manage end-to-end RFP responses for treasury services, commercial card and healthcare payment solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product and SMEs to craft concise, compliant proposals that support strategic client growth.

Role involves writing, editing, proofreading, and translating technical content for clients of varying levels, with opportunities to advance to managing complex multi-product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, implementation or support of treasury management, commercial card or healthcare payment services.
• 2+ years in technical, business or proposal writing in banking or Treasury Sales products.
• Excellent business writing and grammar skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP responses for treasury services, commercial card and healthcare payments.
• Write, edit, and proofread concise, client-focused proposals.
• Incorporate pre-approved responses and craft new content with SMEs.
• Identify graphic needs and coordinate with graphic artists.
• Translate technical information into client-friendly language.
• Provide consultative advice to deal teams and research topics.
• Submit new content to CMS for reuse.
