You will manage the response lifecycle, coordinate with sales, legal, product, and finance, and deliver polished, persuasive content that reflects our strengths in supply chain solutions. The role emphasizes strategic writing, project management, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal writing experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain, or adjacent B2B environments.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to synthesize technical, financial, and operational inputs into cohesive narratives.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools (Loopio, RFPIO, SharePoint, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic, compliant, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and executive proposals.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to shape strategy and tailor messaging to enterprise buyers.
• Translate technical and product inputs into clear, benefit-driven content aligned to customer pain points.
• Drive and manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and ensure on-time submissions.
• Maintain and evolve a content library, reusable assets, and proposal best practices.
• Support proposal process optimization, automation, and AI-assisted content generation initiatives.
