The role requires deep aerospace proposal experience, the ability to manage complex programs, and a track record of delivering high-value opportunities in the U.S. market.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in proposal management, capture management, or strategic pursuit leadership within aerospace/defense/U.S. launch.
• Experience leading large, complex captures and proposals with substantial strategic/financial impact (>$100M).
• Mastery of proposal development processes, compliance, and cross-functional coordination for winning bids.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex proposal efforts and strategic captures with high business impact.
• Develop proposal strategy, themes, discriminators, and win plans.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, finance, contracts, and ops to ensure compliant, compelling proposals.
• Mentor teams in proposal strategy, content development, and capture execution.
• Provide executive briefings on status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
