Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with at least 10 years.
• If no degree, at least 16 years of related experience.
• Experience in proposal or capture management within aerospace/defense/space industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex proposal efforts and strategic captures (> $100M TCV).
• Oversee full proposal lifecycle from shaping to submission.
• Provide consultative leadership across BD and proposal teams.
• Develop strategies, themes, and win approaches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to integrate inputs.
