Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst to drive the planning, development, and submission of competitive bids across military, commercial, and enterprise units.

You will partner across functions to produce compliant, compelling proposals and to strengthen enterprise proposal capability. You will coordinate schedules, cross-functional teams, and reviewers, while ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions and continuous process improvements within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in proposal mgmt, development, capture, PM, contracts, or BD.
• Experience leading competitive solicitations from planning through submission.
• Strong project management, scheduling, document control, and review skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and build stakeholder partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal development environments.
• Experience with government and commercial customers and DoD processes.
• Business acumen to apply product/market knowledge to bids.
• Experience training and mentoring team members; continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide proposal expertise and surge support for enterprise pursuits.
• Lead planning, development, review, and submission of proposals (RFPs/RFIs).
• Develop and maintain schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and tools.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, color-team reviews, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for proposal development.
• Maintain templates, processes, and reusable content for proposals.
• Create proposal graphics, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Manage multiple proposals and meet demanding deadlines.
