Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Supply Chain Contracts Sr Professional with USG military contracting experience to drive long-term procurement contracts that support programs and supply chain objectives.

You will evaluate suppliers, lead bidding and negotiations, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams while ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience with DOD/USG procurement contracts for military/defense industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Lead bid processes and down-selects with RFPs.
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies and final contract awards.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet internal objectives.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, finance, military programs).
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and internal requirements.
