Job summary

Bell is seeking a Sr. Proposal Analyst to lead the planning, development, and delivery of competitive proposals across Bell Military, Bell Commercial, and other Textron units. You will partner with stakeholders to craft compliant responses, manage timelines, and drive enterprise proposal capability.

The role requires senior-level experience in proposal management, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across functions to deliver high-quality submissions on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in proposal management or related fields.
• Experience leading competitive solicitations from planning to submission.
• Strong knowledge of proposal processes, compliance, and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and submission of competitive proposals (RFPs/RFIs).
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and outlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including writers and SMEs.
• Create proposal graphics, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Manage multiple simultaneous proposals to meet deadlines.
