Job summary

MWH Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the proposal process from RFQ/RFP analysis through submission. The role coordinates with Campaign Manager, SMEs, and marketing/design teams to produce compelling, compliant submittals.

You will mentor junior staff and drive process improvements to win competitive bids. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in proposal management within engineering or construction, strong content creation skills, and expert command of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.
8–10 years of experience leading proposal management and business development in A/E/C/engineering or professional services.
Proven success managing full proposal lifecycle from pre-positioning to submission and interviews.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills, including PDF handling and layout.

Responsibilities

Lead the proposal process from kickoff through submission and interviews.
Develop pursuit production plans and calendars with the Campaign Manager.
Coordinate development of response materials with SMEs and design teams.
Mentor junior proposal staff and enforce quality, branding, and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and content libraries.
