Qualifications

• 7+ years of proposal management experience supporting IC agencies.
• Experience leading distributed proposal teams under deadlines.
• Familiarity with Shipley-aligned best practices is a plus.
• Strong ability to partner with Capture, Client, Recruiting, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Planning and Governance: develop the schedule aligned to RFP milestones.
• Lead proposal kickoff, define roles, deliverables and expectations.
• Ensure end-to-end compliance with RFP requirements and instructions.
• Solution Development and Reviews: lead development with SMEs and Operations.
• Plan Blue Team, Pink, Red, Gold and White Glove reviews.
• Staffing coordination with Recruiting and resume/comms integration.
• Pricing coordination with Finance and content reuse improvements.
• Submittal and Closeout: final review and submission per instructions.
