Job summary

SLSCO LTD. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex, high-value proposals for the Housing Division in Texas. You will own the full lifecycle from opportunity review through submission, coordinating with technical, estimating, contracts, marketing, and leadership.

You will translate solicitations into executable strategies, drive content development with SMEs, and ensure rigorous compliance and polished, visually professional submissions that reflect the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proposal development experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-volume proposals.
• Strong understanding of proposal lifecycle management and compliance.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex proposals from opportunity to final submission.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and review plans.
• Lead kickoff meetings and color team reviews.
• Coordinate contributors across operations, contracts, marketing, and leadership.
• Maintain quality control for formatting, pagination, and visuals.
• Support opportunity research and pipeline management.
