Qualifications

• 10+ years of proposal management experience or related field.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills under deadline pressure.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise with narrative slide design.
• Skilled at interviewing attorneys and distilling complex work into client-facing narratives.
• Advanced project management: coordinating multiple RFPs and teams.
• Discretion, editorial judgment, and initiative to push proposals forward.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFP responses and pitches—from intake to final delivery.
• Write and edit business development materials—narratives, summaries, capability statements.
• Build and maintain matter narratives and experience write-ups in the firm’s systems.
• Capture relevant experience for future pitches and RFPs across practice groups.
• Collaborate on targeted pitch strategy, messaging, and materials with leaders.
• Contribute to website content and other marketing collateral as needed.
• Lead process improvements, templates, playbooks, and content libraries.
• Mentor junior colleagues on the Pursuit & Proposal team.
