You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality responses aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management or bid management.
• Experience supporting government tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate into compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP requirements and recommend proposal process improvements.
• Guide writers and team members to produce high-quality responses.
• Define proposal style conventions and approve templates and graphics.
• Develop and maintain compliant outlines and schedules.
• Coordinate reviews with Legal, Contracts, and Insurance.
• Ensure timely production, submission plans, and final book checks.
