Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to own end-to-end proposal efforts across multiple bids in the national security space. You will coordinate with internal teams to craft compliant, competitive proposals for IC and DoW campaigns, with emphasis on winning strategies and rigorous documentation.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, leadership, and a track record of managing large, complex programs, including IT services and systems engineering in high-pressure

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering winning IC and DoW proposals in excess of $100M.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the federal acquisition process and OTA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP planning to submission and award.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and writer assignments.
• Lead color-team reviews and align with capture strategies.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers, Technical SMEs, Pricing, Contracts, and Programs.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, FAR/DFARS, and corporate standards.
• Mentor proposal writers to elevate quality and efficiency.
