Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of proposal writing experience; advanced written and verbal communication.
• Experience with IC/DoW content development and Federal procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Interview program staff and SMEs to develop compliant content.
• Peer review and edit content to improve quality.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment to RFP requirements and capture strategies.
• Serve as a color team reviewer to improve proposal quality.
• Coach and mentor less experienced writers.
• Improve efficiency using AI tools while maintaining voice and specificity.
• Create slide content and briefing scripts when needed.
