Job summary

Beta Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC projects in the high-voltage sector. You will manage the administrative and technical aspects of projects from scope through closeout, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and team communication across engineering, procurement, and construction. Ideal candidates have a strong PM background, familiarity with electrical infrastructure, and experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience required
• Ten years PM experience with PMP/CAPM can substitute for degree
• Strong familiarity with PM practices, methods and techniques
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Acrobat required
• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines preferred
• Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight to the project team
• Manages project schedules and scope
• Manages budget and procurement activities including POs and change orders
• Tracks progress and reports on project status
• Interfaces with customers, subcontractors and consultants
• Prepares RFQs for subcontractor bids and evaluates bids
• Ensures project compliance with company and customer specifications
• Coordinates cross-discipline teams and communicates effectively
