Job summary

Quiet Professionals/Spathe Systems seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the development, production, and on-time delivery of compliant, high-quality bids for defense and national security opportunities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce schedules, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and guide content for technical, management, and past performance volumes under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in defense, intelligence, or government contracting.
• Experience with full proposal lifecycles for DoD/SOCOM/IC opportunities.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, solicitation compliance, and color team reviews.
• Familiarity with SOF/SOCOM missions and pricing integration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certs preferred.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Lead kickoff meetings, section planning, and daily status updates.
• Coordinate with SMEs, capture managers, pricing, and graphics.
• Ensure 100% adherence to page limits, formatting, and evaluation criteria.
• Oversee production, editing, and submission to SAM.gov/DoD portals.
• Support post-submission activities and debrief preparation.
