Job summary

Nammo Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the proposal development process from start to finish, coordinating with Contracts, Program Management and Pricing to deliver timely, compliant submissions to customer RFPs.

You will manage schedules, write and edit content, direct pricing efforts, and supervise three direct reports. This on-site role offers a Monday-Thursday 10-hour day schedule, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• This role requires 8 or more years of direct working experience with proposals and pricing to the DoD, US Government, and international customers.
• Contracts, contract management, proposal management or experience with FAR’s is desired.
• Pricing and familiarity with DoD requirements (Rates, ODC, etc.) is desired.
• Excellent experience of Word and Excel is required.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills are required.
• Experience with ProPricer is desired.
• Must be able to provide proof of US Persons and ability to clear ATF background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from beginning to end, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions to customer RFPs.
• Review and analyze RFPs to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, and response instructions.
• Create proposal outlines and manage development timelines to meet submission deadlines.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and participate in Bid/No-Bid decisions and respond to inquiries.
• Develop and report on proposal metrics and manage proposal budgets.
• Supervise 3 direct reports and collaborate with Sales/Marketing.
