Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience as a proposal manager in a proposal development environment.
• 3 years’ experience in leading proposals for public sector projects exceeding $15 million.
• 2 years’ experience in working with and maintaining Qvidian or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/update proposal automation system.
• Train team members in the proposal automation application.
• Oversee daily proposal activities and manage proposal schedules.
• Integrate win strategy and themes into proposals.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on proposal documents.
