Caddell Construction in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal development for owner RFP responses. You will work with the Estimating and Marketing teams, coordinate with joint venture partners and design teams, and drive timely delivery of competitive submissions.
The role requires strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, plus ability to manage multiple priorities. Some travel is possible in an office setting as part of full-time duties.

Reviews owner Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, determines what technical information will be included, and prepares the submittal. Works collaboratively with all members of the Proposal Development Group and Estimating Department to gather and share information to ensure high quality proposal submissions.

Strong business and technical writing skills, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, demonstrated ability to analyze RFPs and other owner documents, demonstrated ability to manage work process and adhere to schedules. Ability to balance multiple competing priorities under deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years experience in professional business writing. Four-year degree in related field and two-years of proposal writing experience preferred.
While the salary range is typically between $70,000 - $105,000 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
