Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal preparation for Pyro & Grinding products and packages for global customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, competitive technical proposals that drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include planning proposal activities, drafting technical documents, understanding tender requirements, and supervising drafting work. Travel for site visits may be required to ensure proposals meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ATLAS, MS Office, AutoCAD & SolidWorks and other 3D tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts for Pyro & Grinding solutions with optimal technical outcomes.
• Prepare technical proposals for new cement plants and upgrades, including planning activities and generating technical documents.
• Understand tender requirements and collect inputs to design final system solutions.
• Ensure timely completion with required quality.
• Supervise drafting work for proposals and requirements.
• Develop cost-effective options in layout/GA/flow diagrams.
• Prepare technical specs for auxiliary equipment and evaluate vendor offers.
• Compile documents like Machinery List in ATLAS, tender deviations, weight schedule, engineering schedule, exclusions list.
• Maintain backup documents and file proposals per ISO requirements and procedures.
• Attend customer meetings for technical clarifications, including site visits as needed.

About the Role

As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be instrumental in proposal preparation efforts of Pyro & Grinding products and product packages for global customers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, competitive technical proposals that drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Instrumental for proposal efforts of Pyro & Grinding solutions with optimal technical outcomes.
• Prepare technical proposals for new cement plants and upgrades, including planning of proposal activities, creating optimal concepts for customer requirements, generating technical documents, and supporting proposal documentation.
• Understand tender requirements and process diagrams and collect inputs from various departments to design the final system solution.
• Timely completion of the assigned job with required quality.
• Supervise drafting work related to specific proposals and requirements.
• Make various options and optimization in the layout/GA/Flow diagrams to make cost‑effective and feasible solutions in proposals.
• Support preparation of technical specifications for auxiliary equipment and evaluation of vendor offers.
• Prepare various documents like Machinery List in ATLAS, tender deviations, weight schedule, engineering schedule, exclusion list, etc.
• Maintain proper backup documents, complete and file documentation for the proposals as per ISO requirements and internal work procedures.
• Attend customer meetings for technical clarifications in proposals, including traveling as needed and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal preparation or contract project engineering in the cement industry.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of ATLAS, MS Office, AutoCAD & SolidWorks and other 3D tools.
• Positive mindset that motivates those around you, no matter if they sit next to you or on the other side of the world.
• Good efficient verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Fuller products, and a fair knowledge on the cement process.
• Knowledge of cement plant design and layout engineering.
• Conceptual thinking, visualization and problem‑solving ability.
• Quality focus and time management.
• Basic knowledge on other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, etc.).
