Job summary

Kleinfelder seeks a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to lead marketing proposals for transportation, water, and other markets. You will coordinate from capture through submission, crafting win themes, visuals, and compliant submittals.

The role blends writing, design, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment, with in-office or remote work in the Central US. You will mentor junior staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with scientists, architects, and engineers to win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or Communications with 6+ years in related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering/transportation/architecture when no degree is held.
• Advanced MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing activities, proposals, client interviews, and presentations.
• Develop knowledge of the firm’s strategic objectives and target audiences.
• Enhance communication with visuals: graphics, photos, charts, infographics.
• Synthesize information from diverse sources for business development documents.
• Write materials conveying services and market messages with brand consistency.
• Drive marketing pursuits with the proposal team and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless collaboration.
• Manage marketing resources and information systems.
• Coordinate nationwide marketing efforts across Kleinfelder offices.
• Perform additional tasks to support the marketing team.
