GFT seeks a Senior Proposal Specialist in Texas to lead proposals for Transportation, Construction Services, Buildings and Places, and other teams. You will guide capture planning, interview development, and client service, collaborating with technical teams and marketing to craft compelling, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required in Marketing, Communications, or applicable field.
• 5+ years of combined proposal experience in the AEC industry leading, coordinating, planning, and developing proposals and qualifications.
• Experience with TxDOT or major metro cities preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools; InDesign preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, and marketing to craft win-focused materials.
• Coordinate and lead interview teams and win-theme development.
• Mentor junior BD staff and drive process improvements.
