Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Contract Proposal Management Professional in Dallas, TX to lead bid coordination from inception to completion. You will organize mandatory documents, perform budget tracking, credit checks, and ensure compliance while coordinating with the Seller and cross‑functional teams.

This role involves gathering approvals for price, terms, and risk assessments, supporting SOX tests and audits, and helping hand over for contract registration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a business setting with exposure to controls and risk management.
• Experience in GTM proposals / Large Deal Design.
• 3+ years working with vendors.
• Demonstrated business writing skills.
• Experience driving a project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid team from inception to completion and manage mandatory documents.
• Monitor and report bid budgets, including opening account IDs and weekly budget updates.
• Gather approvals for price, credit, terms and conditions, and legal and risk assessments.
• Support SOX tests and audits and ensure process documentation is current.
• Prepare documents and facilitate handover for contract registration and successful bid closure.
