Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director for Contract Proposal Management in the US GTM to lead bid coordination and manage complex proposals from inception to close. The role involves coordinating the bid team, handling mandatory approvals, budgets, and ensuring SOX compliance, with hands-on support for registration and handoff processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
• Experience in GTM proposals / Large Deal Design.
• 3+ years of experience working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities from inception through completion.
• Gather and organize mandatory documents and ensure proper storage in designated tools.
• Conduct credit checks and validate customer information; manage bid budgets and prepare weekly reports.
• Ensure process compliance, participate in release calls, and manage project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Collect mandatory approvals (price, credit, terms, legal, risk) and assist with SOX tests and audits.
• Prepare documents and ensure smooth handover for contract registration and bid closure.
