• 3+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
• Experience in GTM proposals / Large Deal Design
• 3+ years of experience working with vendors
• Demonstrated business writing skills
• Experience driving a project to completion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid efforts from inception to completion.
• Gather and organize mandatory documents from various parties and ensure proper storage in designated tools.
• Manage bid budgets, track spending, open account IDs, and issue weekly budget reports.
• Ensure process compliance and participate in release calls throughout bid stages.
• Assist with contract registration handovers and effective handoff of project plans and milestones.
