Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Contract Proposal Management Professional to orchestrate bid coordination from inception to completion. You will gather documents, conduct budgets, credit checks and ensure compliance across SOX and audits, while coordinating with the Seller and cross-functional teams to deliver successful bids.

In this role you will manage milestones, track deliverables, and prepare contract registrations, enabling a smooth handover and compliant closure of bids across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
• Experience in GTM proposals / Large Deal Design.
• 3+ years working with vendors.
• Demonstrated business writing skills.
• Experience driving a project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid team and manage documentation from inception to submission.
• Conduct credit checks and validate customer information with the Seller.
• Manage bid budgets, track usage and issue weekly reports.
• Ensure process compliance, SOX tests and audits are completed.
• Help manage project plan, milestones, deliverables and handovers for contract registration.
