Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Proposal Creation Senior Associate to join the Connected Sales & Marketing function. You will craft client‑focused narratives that showcase the firm’s capabilities and translate offerings into clear value propositions.

From qualification to submission, you will lead end‑to‑end proposal development for West Coast pursuits, collaborating with BD teams and subject matter experts, and incorporating AI tools to accelerate research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or related field.
2–4 years in proposal writing, content development or similar roles.
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end proposal development from intake to delivery for West Coast pursuits.
Collaborating with BD teams and SMEs to craft tailored value propositions.
Developing executive summaries, methodologies and narratives addressing client challenges.
Curating biographies, case studies and qualification statements.
Researching industry trends and market insights to differentiate proposals.
Incorporating AI tools to accelerate research, drafting and content refinement.
Coordinating with pricing to integrate fees and scope.
Quality control through editing and brand compliance.
Managing multiple proposals with tight deadlines.
Maintaining proposal content libraries and templates.
Incorporating stakeholder feedback to strengthen deliverables.
