Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, communications, English or related field.
• 2-4 years of proposal writing or content development experience, preferably in professional services.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with proposal automation software or content management systems preferred.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for drafting, editing, summarising and research support.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Knowledge of professional services offerings and competitive landscape.
• Collaborative skills to work across functions and geographies.
• Outstanding communication to coordinate with onshore teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and industry trend awareness.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal development from intake to final delivery for West Coast technology pursuits.
• Collaborate with BD teams and SMEs to tailor value propositions.
• Develop executive summaries, approaches and solution narratives addressing client challenges.
• Curate biographies, case studies and qualification statements.
• Research industry trends and market insights to differentiate proposals.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate content creation and summarise sources.
• Coordinate with pricing to align fees and scope with solutions.
• Ensure quality control, formatting and brand compliance.
• Handle multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
