Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in proposal writing or content development.
Excellent writing and editing with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end proposal development from intake to delivery.
Collaborate with BD teams and subject matter experts to tailor value propositions.
Develop executive summaries, approaches, and solution narratives.
Curate biographies, case studies, and qualification statements.
Research industry trends and enhance messaging for differentiation.
Integrate AI tools to accelerate drafting and editing processes.
Coordinate with pricing to align fees and scope.
Ensure quality control and brand compliance.
Manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines.
Maintain and improve proposal content libraries.
Support proposal reviews and implement feedback.
