Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Proposal Analyst – Level 3 for the Space Sector, based on-site in Redondo Beach, CA. The role involves leading and supporting proposal activities, organizing cost and technical elements, and ensuring compliant, timely submissions.

Clear conflict resolution and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) and an active Top-Secret/SCI-friendly clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of proposals experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1 year of experience; additional 4+ years possible in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present, negotiate and solve problems with diverse functions.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to develop cost models and support proposal efforts.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and responding to customer requirements; Proficiency in Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, develop, review and submit proposals that represent strategy while minimizing non-compliances.
• Collaborate to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements per RFP requirements.
• Lead or support proposal activities with diverse teams and high engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
