Job summary

MGM Resorts International at Mandalay Bay is seeking a Deployment Engineer to analyze hardware and software needs, design new solutions, and coordinate deployments for successful project delivery in a fast paced entertainment environment.

The role requires 6+ months IT experience, an associate degree in a related field, cross‑platform and integration testing knowledge, and a strong QA background. On-site position with opportunities for professional growth and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of IT experience in a similar role.
• Associate's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a resort setting preferred.
• Cross-platform integration expertise.
• Knowledge of system and integration level testing.
• Strong quality assurance background.
• Basic scripting/command-line knowledge.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• MCP or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware & software needs for project planning and make recommendations.
• Generate innovative solutions and propose process improvements with a broad perspective.
• Document project metrics and coordinate deployments for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors for project implementation and support.
