MGM Resorts is seeking a Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site at our Las Vegas properties. You will support end-user devices, IP networking, WiFi, and mobile device management while contributing to events and ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of cross-domain technical support experience, with a focus on executive-level service and incident
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Progressive cross-domain technical support experience is required.
- Strong troubleshooting across endpoint hardware, servers, and networks.
Responsabilidades
- Support end-user devices and networks at the property.
- Triage and resolve escalated incidents and ServiceNow tickets.
- Assist with deployments, patching, and network hardware setup.
- Provide on-site maintenance for hardware, software, and IP networking.
- Contribute to project work and documentation for post-event tech setups.
