Job summary

Boston Properties seeks a seasoned property manager to oversee operations, revenue optimization, and tenant relations for an assigned Seattle portfolio. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and coordinate capital projects to maintain service levels and financial performance.

You will supervise vendors, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with leasing and support teams to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or real estate field.
• 7–10 years of premier commercial office property management experience.
• RPA and/or CPM certification preferred; LEED continuing education desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for assigned portfolio including tenant relations, security, life safety, and maintenance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capex budgets; report variances and financials.
• Oversee capex projects and lease provisions compliance; engage contractors and service contracts.
