Job summary

Greystar seeks a Sr. RPM to lead operations for WA/OR owned assets, preferably in Seattle. You will guide staffing, drive performance, and oversee financial results across diverse communities while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver premier service.

You will optimize operations, manage budgets, and lead improvement initiatives to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on staffing and talent acquisition for assigned markets and portfolios; support Directors with interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of team members.
• Lead or participate in process improvements to enhance business performance and drive new programs and policies.
• Maintain client and customer satisfaction as primary lead, with regular reports on portfolio performance.
• Ensure portfolios meet operational, financial, and performance goals through inspections and action plans.
• Develop and implement operational strategy to achieve financial goals and enhance property value.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Own and implement local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption across properties.
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present complex performance and market trend reports to ownership and senior management.
• Escalate complex tenant issues as needed to resolve them quickly.
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and creative marketing programs.
• Oversee maintenance programs to keep properties well-maintained and compliant.
• Ensure properties meet codes and regulations and manage risk and insurance coverage.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for property improvements and stay ahead of trends.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements to senior leadership and potentially supervise Regional Property Managers.
