Legacy Partners in Denver is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee all phases of apartment community operations, including administration, maintenance, and staff leadership. You will directly report to the Regional Property Manager and handle scheduling, on-call emergencies, and day-to-day property activities.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, rent collection, leasing, safety inspections, marketing to maximize occupancy, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance. Monitor collections and approve financial reports.
• Marketing & Leasing – Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.
