Legacy Partners is seeking an experienced on-site Property Manager to oversee an apartment community. You will supervise staff, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure the property remains well maintained with strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include budget control, rent collection, leasing activity, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing laws. This is a full-time on-site role requiring availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or on-site multifamily operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate community staff.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance.
• Marketing & Leasing – Support occupancy through advertising, outreach, and tenant relations.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns and maintain high satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare budgets and occupancy/market reports.
