Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Floating Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident retention, daily operations, and both selling and renting homes and leasing lots to customers joining the family.

• Must have 4-7 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation for sales, meeting sales goals, negotiation, and listing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Executes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, and analyzing variances.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant concerns, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, planning renovations, and coordinating with service providers.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices and responding to emergencies.
• Supports organizational goals by handling new requests and adding value to duties.
• Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
