The role focuses on managing multi-tenant light industrial properties, building relationships with brokers, vendors, and tenants, and maintaining compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related discipline.
• Five+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Adept analytical skills using Excel and Argus.
• General understanding of Yardi property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations per policies and plans.
• Attend weekly asset management meetings with updates.
• Complete quarterly asset reviews for Investment Committee.
• Build relationships with brokers, managers, and vendors across markets.
• Lead rent collection, invoicing, and reporting for accuracy.
• Prepare annual property business plans and budgets, track variances.
• Oversee tenant improvements and coordinate codes and lease terms.
