Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead a regional portfolio of shallow bay, multi-tenant industrial properties. You will ensure efficient operations, high-quality tenant service, and timely financial reporting across assets.

You will mentor Property Managers and staff, handle day-to-day management during vacancies, and contribute to operational excellence and value creation for Speed Bay’s national portfolio using technology-enabled practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, business, finance, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive property management experience; 3+ years leading a team.
• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Ability to operate at portfolio level and step in at asset level as needed.
• Strong relationship-building with tenants, brokers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a regional portfolio of multi-tenant industrial properties.
• Lead and develop a property management team.
• Manage full-cycle property management during vacancies or transitions.
• Ensure asset performance, inspections and reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Maintain tenant relations and vendor networks to support leasing.
• Oversee budgets, rent collection and operating expenses.
• Support acquisitions, capital projects and compliance.
• Collaborate with asset managers and construction teams.
