Job summary

Aeon is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee The Rose, The Wellstone, The Jourdain and Pine Cliff in South Minneapolis (South Quarter). This role leads day-to-day operations, directs leasing, maintenance, and compliance, and mentors onsite teams across Aeon's portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily management, affordable housing experience (Tax Credit/Section 8), and strong financial capabilities; a valid driver's license is required to support field work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, including multi-site operations.
• Affordable housing experience, including Tax Credit and/or Section 8.
• Experience managing ~200 units and leading teams of at least three staff.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across The Rose, The Wellstone, The Jourdain, and Pine Cliff.
• Oversee leasing strategies, occupancy goals, and tenant relations.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital planning.
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate contractor performance.
• Coach onsite staff and mentor Property Managers and Assistants.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance and regulatory filings.
