Job summary

Aeon is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee Exodus, a 72-home permanent supportive housing project in Downtown Minneapolis. You will lead operations, budgeting, and resident services, while coordinating with Touchstone Mental Health and partners to ensure housing stability and responsive services.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance with affordable housing programs, and a collaborative approach to resident engagement and community partnership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a property management team for affordable housing communities.
• Experience opening or stabilizing new affordable housing projects is a plus.
• Experience with Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit programs.
• Experience serving residents facing homelessness or housing instability and coordinating with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite Aeon team, ensuring effective operations and resident service.
• Assist in annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor performance; address work orders.
• Coordinate leasing, move-ins, renewals, and compliance with program rules.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, partners, and service providers.
