Job summary

Aeon is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead Exodus, a new 72-home permanent supportive housing community in Downtown Minneapolis. You will oversee onsite operations, prepare budgets, and coordinate with Touchstone Mental Health and partners to provide comprehensive services.

You will manage leasing, compliance, and resident services, building a welcoming, stable community that supports housing stability and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a property management team and opening or stabilizing a new affordable housing community.
• Experience with Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit programs is preferred.
• Experience in permanent supportive housing or serving individuals facing homelessness or housing instability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build partnerships with residents, providers, and community partners while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop onsite staff, with training and performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and financial performance.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor management.
• Coordinate occupancy, leasing, move-ins, renewals, and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with funding, regulatory, and oversight agencies.
• Foster resident safety, dignity, and community partnerships.
