Job summary

Hospitality at Work is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and administration of a multi-building portfolio within 10 miles of our Colorado headquarters. You will lead tenant relations, vendor contracts, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with owner requirements and company policies while delivering first-class property conditions and service.

Qualifications include 4+ years in commercial property management, a four-year degree

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial property management, incl. 2+ years as a property manager.
• Coursework toward RPA/CPM/LEED or real estate license preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred; equivalence considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a multi-building portfolio.
• Ensure properties are maintained in first-class condition and inspections are performed weekly.
• Maintain tenant relations and oversee tenant engagement activities.
• Review tenant service requests and coordinate with onsite staff for timely resolution.
• Administer contracts, bids, and vendor services within approved budgets.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor cash flow and variances.
• Collaborate on budgeted R&M and capital projects with staff and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and vendor payments; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate lease administration and communication with owners/assets managers.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual operating reports.
