Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain property operations and assets, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Attract and serve residents and ensure financial goals are met.
• Keep property clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract residents and deliver excellent service.
• Show homes when available and support sales efforts.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding resident service.
